Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. The free plan is completely free with no credit card required. You can create 1 condition report every month at no cost.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to all features. When you downgrade, you retain access until the end of your billing period.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
The free plan itself serves as your trial. Use it as long as you like. When you need more than 1 report per month, upgrade to Pro.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and can process payments in AUD via Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans save you 2 months compared to monthly billing. Pro annual is $590/year (vs $708 monthly) and Agency annual is $1,490/year (vs $1,788 monthly).
